Our honey is raw and pure Kansas honey. We don't put anything extra into it and we don't take anything out of it. That means we don't pasteurize or ultra-filter during extraction. This ensures our honey conatians all of it's natural vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants, and other nutrients. You get what the bees put into the comb. That's the way is supposed to be. So that's the way we do it.
